Distance: 48.5 miles (77.6km)
Lovely ride out in the country. Bit windy but quite tolerable. Moderately hilly but I did not find any hills that I could not got through on the fixie (albeit very slooooowly!).
PS: I love my etrex vista cx. Mid way through my ride, I decided to take a different route to what I had planned. No problem. No scope for getting lost with the device and saves time over pulling an OS map. Perfect for me as I am notoriously bad at directions -- and getting worse :-D
